Nous savons, du reste, que toutes choses concourent au bien de ceux qui aiment Dieu, de ceux qui sont appelés selon son dessein.

To observe and do all His commandments
The Lord our God will set us on high
Above all the nations of the earth
Blessed shall we be in the city
Blessed shall we be in the field
Blessed shall we be when we come in
And when we go out if we hearken to thee
The Lord shall establish us an holy people
Unto Himself as He hath sworn
And all the people of the earth
Shall see we are called by the Name of our Lord
Pokud nasloucháte hlasu Hospodina,
ostříháte a činíte všechna přikázání Jeho,
Hospodin, náš Bůh, nás vyvýší
nade všecky národy země.
Požehnaní budeme ve městě,
požehnaní budeme i na poli,
požehnaní budeme vcházeje
i vycházeje, když Ti budeme naslouchat
Hospodin nás vystaví za lid svatý
sobě, jakož zapřisáhl.
A všickni národové země uzří,
že jméno Hospodinovo jest vzýváno nad námi.
